Notice of Business Transfer and Personal Information Handling

As part of a restructuring of Dreamus Company’s business operations, we have entered into

a business transfer agreement with Mee wang Co., Ltd. on December 30, 2024, for the

transfer of the Astell&Kern brand, product sales, and related services.

In accordance with this agreement, we would like to inform you that the personal information

we hold related to the services we provide (including information of customers, employees,

and business partners) will be transferred to the transferee as of March 1, 2025.
