[Precautions for Firmware Upgrade]

1. The upgrade tool is only available for Windows 10 and 11, and it is not supported on MAC. 

2. Disconnecting during the upgrade may cause malfunctions.

3. Please turn off and close all programs running in the background before attempting to update the HC4 using the update tool. Conflicts may occur if other programs are running during the update process.

[Firmware Upgrade Instructions]

1. Before proceeding with the upgrade, it is necessary to install the AK HC4 USB Audio Driver. If it is already installed, there is no need to reinstall it.

2. Please download the attached file and extract it; you will find the update tool and firmware files.

3. Please Run the HC4 Update Tool.exe file and connect the AK HC4 to your PC.

4. Once the AK HC4 is properly connected, the message "Device is connected" will appear along with the current firmware version displayed.

5. Please click the "Choose File" button to select the firmware file HC4.hex, and then click the "Update" button to start the firmware update.

6. Once the update is complete, the message "Update Complete" will appear, and the firmware version will change to 14.
