※ On v1.12 Firmware, cannot be updated to v1.21 directly.

So, if you have v1.12 Firmware, please update it to the v1.20 first.

And then, update it to v1.21 please.

[Warning]

Before firmware upgrade :

1. Make sure of your AK battery level at least over 80%.

2. Make sure of your AK memory size at least over 200 MB.

3. Don't remove the connection between PC & AK while transferring hex data.

[How to upgrade]

1. Connect the AK320 to PC please.

2. Unzip the AK320_FW_v1.20.zip

2. Copy and paste the update.hex to First(Top) Root of internal memory of AK320.

3. Disconnect the AK safely, and then Firmware upgrade will be started.
